My name is Auria Gutierrez, and I’m originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I’m married and have two adorable children. Guadalajara was my home until the age of 34 when my husband had the opportunity to take a new job in Dallas, Texas, United States. Without hesitation, we embarked on this adventure that would change our lives forever.

The relocation process wasn’t easy for a family with two young children. There were so many new things to adjust to overnight that it could be overwhelming, especially the process of finding a home! Renting? Buying? Location, schools, home size, affordable price, etc.

So many things to consider! Getting help and guidance from someone who speaks our language and knows the market was invaluable for us. I remember our realtor, and I feel nothing but gratitude towards her. I would have never imagined that someday, 3 years later, I would be doing exactly the same thing: helping people make their relocation process smoother and easier. Becoming a realtor has allowed me to not only pursue my passion but also fulfill a greater purpose: helping newcomers navigate the complex world of real estate with ease.

I understand firsthand the challenges that come with relocating to a new country, and I am dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals and families as they embark on this journey. My goal is not just to facilitate transactions but to empower others to achieve their dreams of homeownership in this land of opportunity. As I look back on my journey from Guadalajara to Dallas, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities that have come my way.
