How the Program Works:
When you purchase a new construction home, the builder typically pays a commission to the buyer’s agent. We simply share that commission back with you at closing.
The majority of builders offer a standard 3% commission to the buyer’s agent. Very few builders offer less than that. Commission details are confirmed during your first visit to the builder’s sales office to ensure eligibility from the start.
Important Requirement:
To qualify for your rebate, simply register with us before contacting any new home builder and sign a Buyer’s Representation Agreement with us. This ensures we can properly represent you and secure your rebate.
